Steffani earned her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, Cum Laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, followed by a Master of Architecture from Boston Architectural College. Her graduate thesis focused on cultural identity and design interventions for Sarasota’s residential communities, showcasing her dedication to enhancing local architecture.

As a LEED-accredited professional, Steffani prioritizes sustainable design practices in her work. She is also an alumna of the Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Sarasota program, where she honed her leadership skills and community engagement.
